At Nutrevvo, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your nutrition supplements. However, if you receive a damaged product or have an issue with your order, we are here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:

Damaged or Wrong Item: If you received a damaged, expired, or incorrect product.

Unopened Products: The item must be unused, sealed, and in the same condition that you received it, with the original packaging intact.
Note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened or used protein powders and supplements unless they are defective.
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video
To process claims for damaged, leaking, or missing items, we require an unboxing video of the package. This helps us verify the issue and speed up your resolution.
3. How to Initiate a Return

Provide Details: Include your Order ID, a description of the issue, and the unboxing video/photos.

Pickup: Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address (where available).
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (or bank account for COD orders) within 5-7 business days.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our support team.
6. Cancellations
You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled but can be returned if it meets the eligibility criteria above.
